At the heart of Life 1st is theCAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), which has been designed with a flexible architecture, an enhanced decision-making engine and open interfaces for seamless integration with third-party technologies.
One of the most critical challenges in emergency management is caller geolocation, which Life 1st addresses. The native integration of AML (Advanced Mobile Location), eCall, and the 112-calling app enables the automatic transmission of the caller's GPS location to the PSAP. The Life 1st CAD processes this data in real time, ensuring the precise and rapid location identification of the emergency, which is crucial for reducing response times and improving rescue effectiveness.
