For almost 40 years, we have chosen to engage intensely with partners, suppliers, as well as collaborators and clients, focusing on quality relationships that benefit both the company and the community.
In particular, the partnership with the educational sector has become an increasingly important area for us to contribute to. In recent years, we worked a lot with the local ITIS (Technical Institutes) through a series of initiatives that bring the company to the school and the school to the company.

PCTO (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation) in the company: a month-long summer internship for 15 young people, coordinated internally by our professionals.
