Life 1st CAD is available as a mobile app for Android and iOS devices, allowing field operators to interact with PSAPs in real-time. Life 1st Smart Hub simplifies emergency management on the move, providing detailed incident information, including location, severity, and contacts.
Chat with the PSAP. Thanks to real-time synchronization with the CAD, the app ensures continuous information exchange, enhanced with photos, audio, and video, between field operators and the PSAP, even without a network connection.
Field Coordination. With Life 1st Smart Hub, responders involved in the same incident can initiate chats, improving team coordination on the ground and speeding up response times.
Vehicle and Resource Tracking. Responders can configure the vehicle for the intervention, recording its status, location, license plate, contacts, and crew. All information is automatically saved into the CAD.
Complete Incident Dossier. For each event, the app creates a dossier with all relevant information: incident type, location, and details of the event.
Integrated Navigation with Google Maps. The app activates navigation to the incident location or the nearest hospital, optimizing the route to ensure a rapid response.
