DinamiCall: geolocation, messaging, and streaming in one click

In emergency situations, a simple phone call between the PSAP and the citizen is no longer sufficient to ensure effective and timely assistance. The growing complexity of emergency situations calls for a system that not only locates the caller but also integrates video and text for more interactive communication.

This is where DinamiCall comes in. Designed to meet the needs of total conversation, it allows communication to be tailored to the specific requirements of the citizen and the nature of the emergency. 

How DinamiCall works

No App required. The DinamiCall session is activated during the emergency call simply by clicking a link received via SMS. 

Geolocation and Tracking. GPS coordinates are automatically sent to the PSAP, ensuring quick and accurate location of the person in need of help. 

Video Call. The citizen can easily switch from a voice call to a video call, enabling the operator to visually assess the emergency situation. 

Live Chat. In case of difficulty speaking or for people with hearing impairments, it is possible to exchange messages with the operator. 

Call Recorder. The conversation is fully recorded, facilitating the transmission of information to the PSAP for accurate follow-up. 

Real-time multimedia sharing. During the call, it is possible to send and receive photos, documents, and videos, further improving the quality of assistance provided.
