Access Control System | ACS
The Access Control System module of Control 1st allows organizations to securely and flexibly manage access to their sites. The system enables the issuance of temporary or permanent access credentials to registered individuals, authorizing or denying entry based on the configured security policies.
Key features
Based on an advanced multi-tenant platform designed to manage access to complex and distributed infrastructures, the Access Control System module offers:
- Scalability and robustness. The separation between the Server-Client application components and the bidirectional interoperability with the field ensures expandability, resilience, and compliance with corporate security policies.
- Flexible integration. Independent from hardware access control systems, it easily integrates with any technology, type, model, or manufacturer (via API, SDK, and standard or proprietary communication protocols).
- Resilience and security. The multilayered structure ensures application autonomy, integration with the organization's LAN/WAN networks, and operational continuity even in the event of communication interruptions.
Benefits of the ACS module
Enrollment. Registers badges, mobile devices, or users into the security system.
Customizable access policies. Create and assign access policies based on site, zone, time, incidents, or groups.
Access control virtualization. Use a smartphone as a virtual electronic key to open a gate.
Remote gate management. Monitor and manage gates and devices directly from a dynamic, interactive map.
Access rule modification. Configure override actions to temporarily change security configurations in specific situations.
Integration with Incident Management. View the current status of every connected device and support the operator in responding to operational and technological alarms generated by the system.
Emergency procedure configuration. Set rules for locking and unlocking gates in response to specific incidents.
