Planet refers to environmental sustainability, and the need to protect and preserve our planet health. This includes the responsibile management of natural resources, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the protection of biodiversity. Beta 80 is committed in the following

People refers to the need of guaranteeing that our collaborators can have a good balance between work and privte life, working in a fair environment, without discriminations. This includes gender equality, the promotion of rights and inclusion, with the aim to guarantee that everyone has the same chances of development and well-being.

Gender Equality certification

In 2023 we have obtained the PDR 125:2022 certification about Gender Equality, with which we have demonstrated the equality of our people management processes.

Work-life balance

Smartworking, together with flexibility of working hours, contribute to ensure that our collaborator have a fair work-life balance.

Activities in secondary schools

Beta 80 is engaged with local ITIS schools in organizing technical workshops or soft skill ones, and orieteering actions (including apprenticeship) to nurture the alliance between school and business.

Foundation of ITT Acutis school

Beta 80 is participating in the founding of a technical technological institute, ITT Carlo Acutis, in Milan in the Bovisasca area, which will begin its journey in the 2025-2026 school year with two majors dear to us: computer science and telecommunications, and graphic design and communication.
