The WIN platform modules
The WIN platform offers an integrated ecosystem of modules dedicated to managing water throughout the Integrated Water Cycle, enabling users to oversee both the quality and quantity of the water resource from a single platform. All modules communicate with each other, ensuring data consistency, information traceability, and streamlined operational processes
AnTeA Module
It enables the management of the entire certification and submission process for drinking water analyses, automating the coding and handling of Sampling Points agreed upon with local Health Authorities (ASL) and the transmission of data to the AnTeA Portal. The system automatically calculates the FMEA index to detect potential non-conformities and provides the Operator with clear, centralized visibility of all submitted analyses, reducing the risk of omissions or duplications across different information flows.
It also allows data to be exported to stakeholders with full tracking of problematic samples and, thanks to integration with RQTI/QTA and PSA, supports the calculation of microbiological risk, ensuring consistent and comprehensive management of analyses across the entire network.
RQTI / QTA Module
It manages all macro-indicators, sub-indicators, and registers related to Technical Quality, updated in accordance with ARERA regulations, monitoring the resilience of water sources (M0), process and user volumes (M1), service interruptions — including those reported through our app (M2) — compliance of distributed water analyses (M3), sewer network management (M4), sludge disposal (M5), and wastewater discharged from treatment plants (M6), including checks related to nitrogen compounds.
It supports the creation of Water Balances and, when required, the calculation of the MUD, in addition to automatically generating the ‘Technical Quality Annual Data Collection’ file required by ARERA. The system also produces all information necessary for the Technical Quality Incentive Mechanisms (RQTI), simplifying the work of Operators, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing comprehensive and effective monitoring across the entire supply chain.
PSA Module
It enables the planning and management of Water Safety Plans in accordance with current regulations, with a direct connection to the AnTeA portal for data upload. It assesses risks across the entire network and identifies the actions needed to mitigate them, taking into account the conditions of abstraction points, the chemical and microbiological quality of the water, and the status of the facilities.
It provides up-to-date, consistent information for stakeholders and the ISS, managing all 10 steps required by AnTeA PSA in a structured way and ensuring uniform application within the Operator’s Cloud environment, thereby simplifying the monitoring and control of safety across the entire network.
LAB Module
It manages the entire operational cycle of a water analysis laboratory — for both drinking water and wastewater — from sample collection to the production of the ACCREDIA-certified Test Report (RDP). Key features include:
- Planning and scheduling of analyses
- Sample acceptance and full tracking
- Management of sampling equipment
- Execution of analyses
- Warehouse management and reagent restocking
TICSI Module
GEA Module
It collects and manages all analyses performed on abstracted, treated, and distributed water, as well as on the sewer network and wastewater discharged from treatment plants. It handles data certification and transmission for AnTeA, calculates the FMEA index for sampling points, enabling the Operator to address any deviations in parameter values and prevent non-conformities. It provides all the information required for stakeholders, with complete sample traceability, serving as a true control center for managing all analyses.
